5. Mold system: Adopting high-pressure locking technology, there is no bulging phenomenon, and the closing line is fine. The mold adopts a drawer structure and is positioned on the back panel of the mold with four fixed pull rods, which can be easily replaced within half an hour.
6. Blowing system: The cycle time of the first and second blowing can be adjusted, and each rod can be adjusted separately according to different tube blanks and bottle types of customers, with high flexibility.

9. Cooling/chilled water circulation system: There is a cooling water channel under the heating box, which is used to block the heat of the lamp tube during the heating of the bottle preform, protecting the mouth from deformation. Frozen water leads to the mold, rapidly cooling the mold and improving the overall production efficiency of the machine.
