1. Preform Loading System: Dexing adopts a single-channel servo preform loading system with stepping motor evenly distributed preform, fewer fault points and stable performance. The first domestic servo single-channel preform loading system, no preform getting stuck, preform wearing, short of preform problems and other factors affecting capacity. Loading preform is extremely accurate and stable.

2. Revolution system: Dexing adopts a special chain and is driven by the servo motor to make the heating unit stable in motion, and the positioning is fast and accurate.

3.Heating system: domestic unique semi-enclosed heating box with variable frequency air cooling, and circulating water cooling dual protection system, heated preform by infrared lamp to make the preform evenly stretching and high transparency; Imported reflect mirror aluminum plate installed inside, which makes full use of lamp heating energy, shortens heating time, reduces energy consumption and increases productivity. Temperature of each lamp in each layer can be  adjusted separately, and can be adjusted position up or down, front or back according to customer's different preforms. Constant temperature energy-saving heating mechanism diagram (subverted the traditional 8K stainless steel mirror gathering light and be heated, causing some part temperature too high or uneven)

4.Light box heating system: It adopts linear concentrated heating method to heat quickly and save energy.

5. Blow mold conversion system: Adopting high-pressure clamping technology, there is no expansion phenomenon, with compact clamping. The mold adopts a drawer structure which is positioning by four fixed pull rods on the backside of mold plate, easily replaced within half an hour.

6.Stretching and blowing system: first time blowing and second time blowing cycle time can be adjusted. According to different preform and different containers, each rod can be adjusted separately with high flexibility.

7. Handle placement system: The handle is automatically placed by manipulator for convenience.

8.Electronic control system: Pneumatic and electrical components are internationally renowned brands. The touch screen control system is easy to operate, has perfect monitoring and sensing settings, has fault diagnosis function, automatically calculates report functions, and record production efficiency of each shift.

9. Cooling/chilling water circulation system: There is a cooling water channel under the heating oven. When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the heat of lamp tube to protect the bottle mouth from deformation. The chilled water leads to the mold, which quickly cooling the mold and improves productivity.
