Advanced Features and Technological Advantages
1. Centralized Heating System
The machine adopts a centralized hanging-type heating structure, ensuring uniform rotation during heating for even preform heating and higher bottle transparency. An internal optical reflective aluminum plate maximizes the utilization of heat energy, reducing heating time, lowering energy consumption, and increasing production capacity. Each layer and lamp tube in the heating box can be independently adjusted in temperature and position (up/down, front/back) to accommodate different preform types. Additionally, the intelligent temperature control system automatically activates when the internal temperature exceeds the set threshold, ensuring a stable and uniform heating environment.
2. Overhead Blow Molding Structure
Equipped with an upper servo stretching system and an overhead high-pressure air tank, this structure facilitates bottle discharge in an upright position, allowing direct connection to the conveyor. Compared to traditional linear machines, this design eliminates redundant movements such as inversion clamping, enhancing efficiency. The proximity of the high-pressure air tank to the blowing valve significantly reduces gas loss in the pipelines, improving air utilization. Additionally, it enables effective gas recovery for the pre-blow phase in the next cycle, reducing power consumption and enhancing machine stability.
3. Servo-Driven Clamping System
The clamping system is powered by a single servo motor with a mechanical linkage transmission. Both the mold and bottom mold are synchronized via a servo motor to achieve precise clamping. A high-pressure booster plate at the rear of the mold frame enhances locking force, minimizing the visibility of parting lines on the final product and ensuring bottle quality. The drawer-type mold structure, featuring mold slots, allows for quick and easy mold replacement without the need for repositioning, enabling operators to complete a mold change within 20 minutes.
4. Precision Filtration System
A dual-stage high-pressure precision filtration system (including a recovery air filter) ensures that only clean air enters the machine, effectively protecting valves and cylinders. This extends the lifespan of pneumatic components and reduces failure rates. Additionally, the filter is equipped with a high-capacity silencer, significantly lowering noise levels in the workshop, eliminating the traditionally noisy blow molding environment, and improving working conditions for operators.
5. High-Speed Preform Transfer System
After centralized heating, preforms are guided into the preform-separating track via a rotary switching mechanism with positioning support. The high-speed synchronous gripper system then rapidly transfers the preforms into the mold for the two-stage blow molding process. Compared to screw-type preform separation, the rotary separation method eliminates redundant steps, avoiding the dragging motion of screw-type grippers. This results in fewer movements, higher speed, reduced failure points, and enhanced overall stability.
6. Preform Sorting and Loading System
The preform sorting system employs a dual-roller, single-channel servo-driven mechanism for easy operation and simple adjustments, allowing customization according to preform neck sizes. A preform detection sensor at the track entrance automatically stops feeding when an alarm is triggered. A preform separator above the starwheel prevents misalignment and ensures smooth feeding. The rotary pressing mechanism combined with a roller-assisted suspended heating seat securely presses the preform neck into place, preventing accidental drops.
